Privacy & Security

Privacy is a Core Value at Webtech

Here are several ways we ensure your data remains secure:

Securing Your Data in Transit

All data transmitted between you, your network, and Webtech Innovation, along with its technologies, servers, partners, providers, and key stakeholders, is encrypted using SSL with 2048-bit certificates. This prevents third parties from intercepting or monitoring your data as it travels over the network.

Encrypted Storage of All Data

Within our systems, your data is stored using AES-256 encryption with a uniquely derived key for each user, in line with NIST S.P. 800-132 recommendations. We encrypt all personally identifiable information (PII), ensuring that, even in the unlikely event of a system compromise, malicious actors cannot access any readable data.

Limited Access to Your Data

Within our systems, your data is stored using AES-256 encryption with a uniquely derived key for each user, in line with NIST S.P. 800-132 recommendations. We encrypt all personally identifiable information (PII), ensuring that, even in the unlikely event of a system compromise, malicious actors cannot access any readable data.

PCI Level 1 Compliance

Our payments partner, Stripe, a leading provider, has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor and certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This represents the highest level of certification available in the payments industry.

Authentication Every Time

Whenever your account or device requests or transmits data through Webtech Innovation or its internal systems, your device’s identity is authenticated and verified against a list of authorized devices and locations. This protects against unauthorized attempts to send or receive data on your behalf.

Logging & Auditing

Any instance where someone from Webtech Innovation, you, or another authorized party accesses your PII or secure data is logged. Our systems flag unusual behavior for audit, ensuring that only authorized individuals can view your information.

AES-256 Encrypted Secrets

Highly sensitive data such as passwords, credentials, identity numbers, and other PII is stored with our partner, Google Cloud, at our expense. Using Google’s “Secrets Manager” API, we securely store this information in AES-256 format, ensuring Webtech Innovation does not hold this data directly. This level of encryption provides an incredibly high barrier against unauthorized access.

Always Staying Ahead!

Webtech Innovation prioritizes privacy and security as core components of our mission. We are deeply committed to safeguarding your privacy and data security, continually adapting to potential threats and designing systems to protect you and your data at every step.
